Shaklee Cinch Success:Matt

My last post was from an article talking about obesity affecting one's income in different ways.  Since I am an Independent Shaklee Distributor, I thought I would follow up that post with something about Shaklee's CINCH product.  Cinch has helped many many people lose weight, and INCHES.  I dropped a size in the top and the bottom by using this program.  I found that using this keeps your blood sugar levels more stable and can positively affect cholesterol levels (as it did for me).

It is tasty, science based, fills you up, has variety, is very comparably priced and very easy to follow.  I lost inches but retained muscle and I have continued to use Cinch to keep the weight off.  The money I would normally spend on meals is redirected to the Cinch product and my tastes have changes - we rarely eat breakfast out any more because I have a Cinch shake.

Some diets get the weight off of you, and many times that includes losing muscle; people also tend to gain it back after stopping the diet and it comes back as more fat. CINCH has scientific proof that muscle is retained, that is why this program is so fabulous.  Muscle helps to burn fat.  We watch the inches melt away with Cinch, and retain muscle.  This translates into:  changed body shape, some weight loss, possible improved blood chemistry, more energy.  You can view more about it at my Shaklee website.

Perseid Meteor Shower

The Perseid Meteor Shower is this time of year, well, to brag, it actually falls right on my birthday give or take a few hours between 2 days. When I was small we could see so many stars and one satellite (Sputnik), but now with all the lights that the cities have and in neighborhoods, one has to go a long way out to find a dark enough place to view the sky. We used to go to Sunrise at Mt Rainier, about 6100 foot elevation - the meteors shoot through the parking lot. There are some towns in the U.S. that ban light pollution, as it is called, and keep the towns dark at night. It's a good idea to save energy also; maybe just have motion detector lights instead of ones that stay on all night. I've read that light pollution has health consequences such as the thought that excess light may induce loss in visual acuity. Over-illumination of buildings is a waste of energy sources.
OK, back to the meteor shower - I found this on You Tube and it's very good, about 5 minutes long: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UJ_B0d1pr6I&NR=1
Take a nap and set your alarm clock to watch the Perseids. If you need energy the next day try Shaklee CorEnergy and the Cinch Tea!

More Energy

All I can say is that since last August (2008) I have had more energy. I attribute it to using Vivix™ , The World’s Best Anti-Aging Supplement.* We tend to stay up too late and have to get up very early in the morning. Since I've been taking Vivix™, I have more energy and am not tired mid day. It's the only thing I have done differently since last year. I really should go to bed earlier - shouldn't we all? I only drink 1 cup of coffee per day (well would it be considered 2 if it's 2 espresso shots???, but usually it's only 1 shot).....1 tsp of Vivix™ per day is all it takes. I take it in the morning after breakfast. I usually have a Cinch shake for breakfast but sometimes I do egg whites or poached egg whites. (I don't really like the yolks of eggs. I love chile rellenos but don't like the egg batter - doesn't stop me from ordering this dish- what really stops me is the calorie count!!).

Vivix™ Cellular Anti-Aging Tonic, the first all-natural dietary supplement that combines resveratrol with a patent-pending plant extract to combat cellular aging.* Vivix is all natural without artificial flavors, sweeteners, colors or added preservatives. A 30-day supply delivers the equivalent amount of resveratrol found in 3,000 glasses of red wine and has actually been shown in laboratory studies to be ten times more powerful than resveratrol alone at slowing one of the key mechanisms of cellular aging.*

Cherries and arthritis

Our neighbors invited us to pick cherries from their tree last night. We are eating the cherries, pitting the cherries and freezing some of them. The tree produced enough for several boxes.
I plan to use the frozen ones in the winter in my Shaklee Cinch shakes for breakfast. I've been using fresh strawberries and blueberries and had never thought of freezing cherries and using them this way.
I've read and heard nutritionists speak about the benefits of cherries for arthitis; so during the cherry season I make sure I eat some in the morning on an empty stomach as I do have some finger joints with arthritis in them.
We have 2 apple trees but we fighting off apple maggots. Hopefully our apple trees will produce enough good apples to share...this is natural nutrition at its best!
