Will it be sunny for my birthday today? Hmmmm, it is the Pacific Northwest after all, but we are in the sign of Leo, ruled by the sun! C'mon, sun! Still catching up on mail, email, news, etc. Have to go back to my corporate job tomorrow but had fun while I was off this past week, mingling with my Green friends, seeing my daughter.
Even though everyone thinks it rains here all the time, I get tan, even through sunscreen. I do try to keep SPF on my face but absorb some rays and Vitamin D from sun on arms, legs, hands for 10-15 minutes and then put sunscreen on them. I have a slight tan, good for living so far north, just from hanging out in yard and garden. Speaking of SPF, I use the Enfuselle SPF 30 because: 1) it is proven to not break down in sun, 2) it protects against UVA and UVB, and 3) it has triple-patented Vital Repair+ complex which makes your skin feel great. Under my makeup I use the AM Repair which is SPF15. And....speaking of Vitamin D, apparently all people in North America who live north of Atlanta do not get enough from the sun, wow, that's a lot of people.
